This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and GREY EAGLE CASINO CLUB LTD for the Grey Eagle Casino Club software application, including all associated media, content, and documentation ("the App").
By installing, downloading, or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
GREY EAGLE CASINO CLUB LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Install and use the App on iOS devices you own or control, solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this EULA and the App Store Terms of Service.
Access and use the game catalog, progression system, missions, and other features of the App in accordance with this agreement.
Set a username, choose an avatar, and track your XP and progression locally on your device.

The App is licensed, not sold. GREY EAGLE CASINO CLUB LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights therein. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names of GREY EAGLE CASINO CLUB LTD.
All software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, text, game logic, progression systems, mission structures, branding, and other content in the App.
Your personal progress data stored locally on your device, including your chosen username, avatar, XP, and mission history. This data is yours and remains on your device at all times.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Grey Eagle Casino Club does not collect personal information as part of normal app usage. All profile and progress data is stored locally on your device using iOS-native storage mechanisms.
The App uses Supabase in a read-only capacity to load the game catalog. No personal information is transmitted to our servers. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to this data handling as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GREY EAGLE CASINO CLUB LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects. Game content is provided by third-party providers and we do not guarantee the availability or performance of individual games.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GREY EAGLE CASINO CLUB LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of XP or progress data, inability to access games, or any other damages arising from App updates, device failure, or user-initiated actions such as resetting progress.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:
GREY EAGLE CASINO CLUB LTD reserves the right to discontinue the App or any features at any time without notice.
GREY EAGLE CASINO CLUB LTD may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. These updates may be delivered automatically through the App Store. You acknowledge that the App may require such updates to continue functioning properly.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. The updated EULA will be made available on this page. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Grey Eagle Casino Club is a social casino application provided strictly for entertainment purposes. The App does not involve real-money wagering, gambling, or any opportunity to win real money, prizes, or items of monetary value.
XP, level titles, and mission badges within the App have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for any benefit outside the App. The App is not a gambling product and is not regulated as such.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the App. By agreeing to this EULA, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
